PRIME PRODUCTS

Prime Products was formed in 1991 to distribute “rechargeable batteries” in Indian market.

Prime Products is a highly respected name in Battery Market. They offer all leading chemistries in batteries such as Sealed Lead Acide Pure Lead, NiMH, NiCd, Lithium and LiFePO4.

Batteries are offered under brands of Power Sonic, Vision, Surepower, and Enersys-Cyclon.

Prime Products has invested in sophisticated instruments and systems for quality control and recharging of their products. This results in their product performing better than that offered by others.






SURYA POWERPACKS

Surya Powerpacks was established in 2005 to provide Customized Battery Packs and Cells to customers.

Customized packs are offered from cells of NiCd, NiMH, Li-Ion, LiFePO4. Packs are assembled as per customer specification of electric requirement (Voltage, capacities) in layouts to suit demand of customers. Connectors and other components (current cut-off, thermal cut-off) are included as per requirements. Packs are made in various geometric layouts to fit into space availability of customer.

Surya Powerpacks can also offer industrial cells to customers who want to use loose cells or make packs on their own.

TECH-EXCEL COMPUTER SERVICE

Tech-Excel Computer Services is a group dedicated to offering innovative software products / services to customers.

They are known for “stepping into shoes” of users and then understanding the requirements. Their suggestions often bring about operational changes besides “IT related changes”.

   Sales Automation System. This is web-based system allowing field people (MR) to update their working from anywhere. Monitoring and analysis reports are preprogramed and are available at a press of button.“SMS based interface modules have been added to the application”

   This is a multiuser program “mini-ERP” package which manages information on Parties, Products, Daily Calls, Mails, Enquiries, Orders, Inventory, Invoices, Payment Receipts, Complaints / Service Calls, Expenses, work-plans, work done, and Assets.
   
   

   Numbers of documents required on daily basis are printed from system (Dispatch Notes, Invoices, and Quotations). This ensures data is updated regularly.
   
   Innovative controls are built –in (e.g. block transaction if outstanding is high or party is black listed). Information is shared at point of use (e.g. display of packing requirement at dispatch point. Product can be easily moulded to fit requirement of different types of business.
